Villa
NEMIRE Villa is a beautiful two-storey mansion of 155.40 square meters.NEMIRE Villa entails a spacious bedroom of 33 square meters with a double bed, with en suite facilities.
Next to the bedroom, you will find a living room of 40.5 square meters, furnished in the traditional style of Skyros, with a fireplace, cable television, Wi-Fi, as well as a view of the sea. A spacious kitchen (16.8 square meters), a WC and an ample unified dining room plus lounge of 53 square meters are next in the arrangement of the mansion. There is also another living room, with fireplace, cable TV and music equipment. In the ground floor you will also find a small utility room of 11.2 square meters with a single bed and en suite bathroom.
In the first floor, NEMIRE Villa comprises a 53 square meter bedroom with en suite bathroom and a double bed, cable television and music equipment. Next to the bedroom, there is a 21 square meters living room, which can easily turn into a bedroom with a double bed. Moreover, there is a 6.6 square meter office with panoramic view of the sea. Finally, there is a grand terrace, which can be reached from both levels, and offers absolute seclusion from the other residents.
Every room in the mansion as well as the three rooms in the garden are air conditioned.
In the well-built garden, which surrounds NEMIRE Villa, you will discover numerous “nooks” where you will be able to relax or if you have children, they will be able to play with total safety. Depending on the weather and your mood, you will find three spots where you can enjoy your company or your meal.

Garden Rooms
The three Garden Rooms are located in the large garden of the Villa and all have their own bathroom and air conditioning. The first room (16 square meters) may contain twin beds or a double according to your wishes; the second one (27 square meters) includes a double bed, and the third room (12.6 square meters) has two single built-in beds.
