At a distance of 40 meters from NEMIRE Villa there are two Studios with their own lawn of 200 square meters and garage, built in the traditional architectural style of Skyros and containing all the modern conveniences. The location of NEMIRE Studios is ideal for relaxing and amusing holidays.The first Studio has a spacious porch connecting it with the garden. With your entrance at the Studio, you will find yourself in the 200 square meter lounge with a fireplace and a “boulme” (a two-meter carved partition) which leads to the mezzanine through a wooden staircase and to the “sfa”,

the traditional bedroom of Skyros. In the “sfa”, you will find 2 single beds or a double. The Studio also entails one bathroom, a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen of 200 square meters.

The second Studio , adjoining the first, contains a porch to the garden, a living room of 200 square meters with a fireplace and a “boulme” leading to the “sfa”, which also includes two single beds or a double and a carved porch with a view. A double room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are also provided. In the studios, TV and Internet WiFi are offered. Both NEMIRE Studios are cleaned on a daily basis while the sheets are also changed every day.
